Members are discussing their scores on Hurst Q Reviews in preparation for the NCLEX exam. Some are feeling discouraged by lower scores, while others are sharing their experiences of passing the NCLEX with scores below the expected median. There is also a discussion on the similarity of Hurst questions to the real NCLEX exam and the importance of reading and understanding rationales.
I just took my first q review from Hurst. It was 125 questions and they say you should be getting a 84/125. My score was a 62/125. I'm upset and discouraged! I plan on review I all the rationale but I take my NCLEX very soon.

So I promised that I would reply on here after I finished my NCLEX. I would search and search about what people would score and what people got on the hurst and if they passed.
My scores on the questions ( not precentage) were: 77/125, 73/125,75/125,93/125
i passed the nclex with 75 questions yesterday. When the computer shot off I defiantly thought I bombed this exam but don't feel discouraged!! Everybody feels that way. I ended up passing!! I suggest doing as many questions as possible and hurst did help me with that. (I also did uworld)Also if you get lower scores , don't be upset.. like everybody said READ the RATIONALS and understand why you got the question wrong! Also ! The quizzes on the hurst were challenging and I didn't do so well in the beginning and by the time NCLEX was close I would be around 15/25, 16/25,17/25. Hurst teaches you and gets you used to select all questions! Just keep practicing and you will do fine!
