Backus Residency, L&M Grad positions

Has anyone heard anything? I submitted apps for both right when they became available, so I feel like I have been waiting with no update forever. Have they just not changed my status to 'sorry we didn't pick you' yet, or are they really still in the process of going through applications?

I dont know, but I do know that Backus is doing some wicked cutbacks right now and a lot of the staff are not happy. I can't imagine they'd be filling a residency position if they are cutting wages. Good luck!

I got my 'no thanks' from Backus a few hours ago. Ugh. I wish I lived near more hospitals.

I have applied about 30 times to L&M, can't get so much as an interview. They obviously don't need nurses that badly....at least not new ones.
