Backgrouncheck question

Hi everyone well I don't understand hiring process ok I have my cna license I have one thing on my background that got dismissed so I got my license from state on Florida now my question is in my interview with one nursing home they did drug test I passed and now they told me we have to wait for background ok if u had a bad background how come I got mine license like I don't get it so is been five days and idk what to think if that please help

Well, you can be licensed but it does not mean they will hire you. I know that when applicants have something on their background, the college makes it clear that they do not guarantee that the BON will license them and that if they do get their license, it does not mean they will get hired.

The age of the theft too will matter, but if you cannot even volunteer at a hospital then I do not think you will get hired. It may be too soon.

Tom is just a msg not a essay omg and a background was an issue nothing else I don't need help !!
