Hello good morning... I haven't really been doing my research on the housing. I was just thinking about commuting now actually but still not too sure. I stay in Moreno Valley/Riverside how about you? I was thinking maybe during orientation they might give us information about the housing out there or maybe even meet someone and can commute together. I have seen apartments and they don't seem that pricy. But as far as actually moving out there is still undecided from me.

Hello,

Aaron told me students are up to finding their own places. He can help putting up some info if we look for roommates and all or wanting to know the preferable areas to live in. I'm from San Gabriel Valley so commuting is not ideal for me. I was hoping to actually room with someone from the school to make it easy rather than a complete stranger stranger you know. But if that does not work out, I guess I will have to go with it.

Hey sorry for the late reply. I log in every so often... oh i see so are you planning on moving up there then? I was thinking about moving out there again and i think that would be a better choice for me. I am just waiting to hear back from financial aid. Yes rooming would be a lot easier i agree. The commute would be sort of a waste of time plus traffic. Im sure maybe during orientation we can find out more information about housing. Ill send you my number on PM if you want to reach me there. Its easier for me to respond through text since I log in every once in a while.

Does anyone know when we will receive our financial aid offers in the mail? Ame.cris, I live 5 mins from school and there are lots of houses in the area so maybe you can find a room for rent. There are also a few apartment buildings near school. Let me know if you want the names of them.

Have you guys received anything besides the acceptance letters? I was told that we should have received something last week.

Have any of you applied for any scholarships?

The only thing I have received after the acceptance letter was the informational worksheet, but I was accepted in November so maybe yours is on the way. I applied for the CalREACH BSN scholarship, but I don't think I'll hear back for a while on that one. Were you going to apply for any scholarships?

What information did that have? Yes, I am planning on applying but most of them are closed at this time. I thing there were only a couple that will be open in May.

I don't remember everything but I think it was financial stuff and I did it online. After you do it, then financial aid is supporting take that information and offer scholarships and loans I think. I'm not sure because I haven't heard back from anyone.

Thank you. Just waiting on financial aid to see if I will need a private loan for this semester. I am sure they are going to go over all these things on orientation, but I don't want to feel rushed.
