Yes of course! My cumulative college GPA was 3.4, non science was 3.86 and science was 4.0. I have about 1 and 1/2 years of medical assistant experience and volunteered at hospital for a little bit. And for my letter of recommendations , I asked the doctor I worked for and my Physiology professor.

Anyone have any advice on reapplying? Should I rewrite my personal statement and include why I am reapplying ? should I ask different people for a LOR?

Hi Ashley,

I'm a second time reapplicant. I was advised that you should always change something in your application every time you reapply. For me, that meant finishing pre-reqs that were in progress and rewriting my personal statement. I didn't mention that I was a reapplicant in my PS but brought it up casually in the interview. If your letters of rec are from people that don't know you too well, consider asking others. You want to make sure they can really describe you. Above all, don't lose hope!

Hi Ashley,

Most definitely reapply.  I was accepted after the second try also. There is hope. Have friends and family read your application and give advice also since they know you best. Good luck and try again.

Has anyone gotten a rejection letter or anything? I haven't heard back at all. I'm assuming I didn't get accepted since we're at the end of March but they should at least send emails.

Can anyone share what their experiences were and what their letters of rec described?
