Azusa Pacific University (APU) BSN Transfer Summer 2024

Published

Hi everyone,
I didn't see a thread created for the APU BSN Transfer Summer 2024 program, so I decided to get one started. Please feel free to introduce yourself or ask any questions you may have.

Good luck!

Ya'll want to share personal statements on here?

Good morning everyone,

How is everyone doing and feeling since we submitted our applications? I pray we all are in good spirits and continually loving people and keeping our faith in the most high God.

       God bless, Matthew Fernandez

Hello everyone,

Definitely a little nerve wrecking having to wait for a response. I am trusting God that one of those spots is mine & if not, then that was not the way to go. I really would love to get in APU. Have you applied before or first time?

@Adriana De Leon Good morning, I hope your having a great day. Likewise, APU would be amazing. As I feel like it is a program that does not look at just the physicalities of the human body but also the heart (soul) of the people we will one day treat. Furthermore, this will be my first time applying to APU. I just finished all of my undergraduate classes last semester at Chaffey. If I don't get into the program this round, I am going to apply one more time as well as start applying out of state. For example, applying to BSN programs in Texas, etc. God has and always will have the best path laid out for us. No worries.

            God bless, Matthew Fernandexz

Hi Adriana and Matt! It's a scary process and I am nervous but I am a big believer in God and if this is my time, He will make it happen.
I applied for the Inland location and then high desert, too. They said 8-10 week after Feb 1

Same here! I put the other 2 locations as alternates. What other schools have you guys applied to?

Hi Matthew,

Just staying prayerful.  I had a phone interview.  Praise God! We will wait and see what plans God has.

Hi Eddiy when was your phone interview? It was from APU?

Hi my phone interview was last Saturday.  I was very nervous but I think it turned out good.

The phone interview was with APU MSN program for 2024 Summer program.

Hint :

Why APU

Why nursing

Your goals

Volunteer experience

When did you decide to be a nurse

Just to be sure. Are most of us in this thread applying to the "Upper-Division BSN Transfer" Summer 2024 program?

As well, congrats @EddiyC.
