Aya health care

Published

As anyone had any experience with Aya health care? I'm trying to do in state travel assignments with them and the communication doesn't seem to be very clear? Also has anyone ever done a assignment at oak hill hospital, south lake hospital, the villages or any of the Florida hospitals?

What about the other agencies you have signed up with? What?!! You haven't? You would prefer to get other opinions on a company that is failing you? Why? Move on. There are around 400 other agencies. As a talking point, Aya (formerly Access) has not had a historically great reputation. But that doesn't matter, I am 100 percent sure many have had success with them. What does matter is why you are willing to do business (critical to you) with any company proven to you less than professional. That is only throwing your time and money away.

You do make a good point. Thinks have not gone so well thus far and I should fallow my gut and not sign the new contract. Every few days they push me back and ask me to sign a new contract with a new start date seeing as the old one has passed. I think I won't sign another one and just move on. Thank you

To be completely fair, the direct fault (besides your own complicity) lies with your recruiter. The agency brand doesn't much matter compared to how well you click and communicate with your recruiters, and how professional they turn out to be. I always recommend calling lots of agencies, and weeding them down to the best 3-5 recruiters to sign up with fully and give them a chance to work with you.
