I can't believe I am making this leap! I'm starting my Pre-Reqs this summer and am nervous as heck! I'm excited and honestly can't wait to get out from being this desk jockey but at the same time nervous! What if I don't like Biology? What if I am making a mistake? What if I can't learn? Awk! Anyone else feel the same when they decided to start taking classes?
NERVES!!!

I felt (& sometimes still do feel) the same way you are feeling. Try not to think too much about it & just DO it. Because the more you think, I find, the more you start questioning your decision, have fear, etc. If you just jump in & do it & keep going & don't think too far into the future at once - just take each quarter at a time - then you'll be fine. I've been taking pre-reqs for 2 years now part-time because I want to keep my GPA up & it's actually been fun & I am learning alot. I believe any education never goes to waste. Good Luck!
That is so true! Its never a waste. I went on Saturday to register for classes in the Fall semester and my student advisor said, "Its still not too late to sign up for Summer classes" so I did!
Honestly, there goes my Summer but this is this something I've been wanting to do and am finally going to buck down and do it! Just like you said, one semester at a time. It didn't help that my student advisor told me that the class that I'll be taking is a very hard class and jamming it into a summer class makes it even tougher. He finished with, "It meets Monday thru Thursday 6-9" and I found myself saying, "Sign me up" haha.
Scary but its something I need/want to do.
