Ave. salary of a LTC facility Direcor of Nursing?

Does anyone know what the average salary of a Director of Nursing in a Long term Care facility in PA is?

Depends on facility size. Is there a Assistant? Is it profit or non profit facility?

Im curious to the answers too...years ago I was asked to run a small, for profit 50 beds for $36,000 no ADON. Didn't take it, made more on the floor with less hassle!

I just checked for nursing director in our area....median 98,000 or 87-100,000. Never seen this in LTC in our area! Any personal experience is more helpful!
