hello gud day to all reading this thread, i am an international nurse, i would just like to know if somebody knows avant healthcare professsionals, they are located in florida and has an international offices.i would just like to know if this is a good agency to work. and also thank you to all the members you gave me good insights on how to accept or apply to an agency. it helps me researching the agency first before signing in to their contract. now i know that if there are too much benefits and too large sign in bonus it means that something smells fishy why they are offering good benefits tnx. hoping for replies.

You need to do a much more thorough search besides just reading what is here. You can place the agency name in a Google search, or Yahoo search and also see what has been written about them.

Please be very aware that if you are just about to start the petitioning process, you are looking at several years before you will have a chance at a green card for the US. And if you are one of the lucky ones that can get the visa, please make sure that the agency that is petitioning you will be in business then as well as have a job for you, otherwise you can get denied at the final steps for the visa and have to start the process all over again.

This goes for any employer, whether agency or facility.
