Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone can advise me:
I am a British citizen, training as a registered nurse in Australia. When I finish my degree I want to move back home to the UK and register as a nurse there. I have accessed the NMC website which says that job order to apply for registration in the UK, you must have been registered and practicing for at least 12 months prior.
I am wondering if there is anything I can do to get registered in the UK without having experience?

You will be classed as an International Educated Nurse and be expected to meet requirements which includes 12 months full time or equivalent employment

I would suggest applying sooner rather than later as the process times can vary?
Some changes occurred because less and less places was offering overseas nursing program and some that did offer the program wasn't always run properly.
