Austin Community College ADN Spring 2020

Hi pre-nursing students!

So I know it's extremely early but I figured I'd go ahead and start a thread for Spring 2020 applicants. I'm a huge worry bug and have tons of questions and would love to give and receive advice throughout this process. I'm completing my last two prerequisites this spring and will be applying when the application opens on May 15th! Tell me about your journey and ask questions about mine!

Nothing on my end either. Also keep in mind if everyone that was sent one this week can't accept you still may get an offer before 11/1 ?

I definitely know someone that got their acceptance in August. People fail the drug test, get accepted somewhere else in the months following, move... so many things.

So true! I was told a lot of people actually fail the drug test even though they know it's coming orrrrr maybe they were high and forgot. ?

A lot of people don’t realize that it can take months for marijuana to leave your system if you are a regular user. Or they buy detox products and think that works - it doesn’t.

Nope! I have a classmate with 44 points and he’s promised to update our groupme the second he gets his acceptance notice. I’ll post here as well.
