Hey! Im currently applying to Augusta University's BSN program and wanted to start this thread so we can share our application process experiences and make some connections!

 Still waiting. And slowly losing my sanity LOL. I figure it would take longer because a lot the ABSN applicants applied to the Traditional program. Just to clarify, we are being notified via email this year, correct? I read it in the FAQ, but you know how stuff goes sometimes..

Yes, you’ll get an email saying to check your portal for a new update!

Same!! I’m constantly checking the portal. Hopefully we hear back soon so I can have a piece of mind.

I got my acceptance yesterday also to the Athens campus  I submitted my application February 1st and didn’t get everything in until the deadline

Congratulations to all who got in!!

This is a really dumb question, but what portal? Pounce or is there a different one that I'm not sure about? I've only ever been an online student at AU so some info has fallen thru the cracks LOL

After you submitted your application AU should’ve emailed you a link to the portal so you can check the status of your application. https://www.augusta.edu/admissions/status

Gotcha! Thanks so much! I completely forgot that I set it up a month or two ago. I've just been religiously checking my email

Has anyone else heard anything about their application? I'm still waiting and I submitted my application in Mid-January. Here's the weird part. I got an email from a professor that addressed "nursing students" about their immunizations or we'd be pulled from clinicals. I emailed the program manager and she said my decision had not been released yet. I really don't understand this process at all and its driving me nuts.

Ya I feel the same way. I applied mid December and had everything turned in by late December and I haven’t heard nothing. At this point I’m just ready for them to reject me so I can move on with my life LOL.

Same!! I've applied to a different school out of state and am applying to piedmont tech in may. But COME ON... I'm ready for this to be over with LOL.

Has anyone been denied yet that you guys know of? I'm curious to see if they've sent those out yet or just acceptance ones! I finished my application and had everything submitted ( with the exception of one reference) in November/ Dec. AU contacted me about taking a graduation requirement test ASAP for them, which I didn't have to in the end, but that's the last I heard.
