Hey guys!

I plan on applying to the main campus! The application actually opened today! I'm extremely nervous. I don't have any volunteer or shadowing nurse experience but I do have leadership and corporate experience so I'm praying they'll accept that. Best of luck to everyone! I'll be checking in on here as well.

I am also applying for the Athens campus. I didn't there would be a group already created. I am so nervous and super stressed. I am currently in an LPN program so it's been really hard getting everything together for the application. Good luck to everyone hopefully I will see some of you next fall.

Just stick with it. Answer exactly what is being asked and add a little excitement.

Also, proofread and it never hurts to get a second look from someone you know writes well.

Also, age is just a number! I've always been told, "age is like a fine wine, it gets better with age."

And... if you haven't already, I searched for the 2018 version of this post, good advice if you haven't looked!

Hey everyone! I am working on my application as well. Fingers crossed for the Augusta Campus! Just waiting for recommendations to come through before I can finish and start the supplemental application

Tip:

I emailed Emily today and found this out. As long as your references are sent out through NursingCas, you can still submit your application. Even if your references have not finished submitting their responses.

Only one of my references has finished and I submitted mine today, after finding out I could.

Then get ready to pay more $$$ for the supplemental. :-(

I sent my references their emails two weeks ago, and they've all gotten back to me in some form saying they got the request. However, none have submitted them yet. I'm antsy about it. Also, working on the essays and this is the most stressful part for me!
