Audio for CPNE

Does anyone know of a way to take, say Rob's CPNE video on my computer, take the audio and put in on an Ipod? I've tried to seperate it but it doesn't work.

I would... just record myself going through the critical elements and my mneumonics but I hate my voice! Maybe that's what I'll have to do, so I can use my own mnuemonics...

Any ideas?

I tape-recorded myself saying my mnemonics, as well as going through the lab steps. I listened to it in the car while driving to/from work. And OMG, I was SO SICK OF MYSELF by the time I got to Mansfield! :D It worked well for me, though. I also had the audio flashcards from EC.
