Here is my enclosed resume and I would love your honest opinion about what my resume needs or doesn't need to get looked at and called for an interview. Are the titles listed in order? I was told that objectives are a waste of time so I didn't include one. Thank so much in advance. For those of you that aren't HR workers or nurse recruiters, thank you for stopping by and helping. Blessings.
Mrs Ellis

Spacing is your friend and so is general formatting.

- etc
That's how I would format your Clinical Experience, rather than big block of text that's very hard to read anyway. It all bleeds into each other, I can't even tell what hours are for what. Listing the exact wing of the hospital is irrelevant unless you're applying for St. Joseph itself or this is a nationally known specialty or whatever of the hospital.
Again
