Hello all,
Was wondering if anyone is currently enrolled in the Farmingdale Nursing program and if so how is it going for you and could you share some of your experiences(ex. class size, material load, accessibility to professors)?
I'm back at a community college taking pre-reqs after leaving SBU as a former Bio major. Ive heard good and bad things about the school and have even visited the campus myself, but I really wanted to get an insiders opinion. Please Help!!!

I graduated from FSC generic nursing program in May 2014. I got accepted directly from high school. The program is very strict. You cannot get below 77% on any of the nursing classes. If you do, you may repeat it once more and if you fail again, you get kicked out of the program. Besides that there math dosage exams once a semesters. Only 10 questions and you are allowed to get one wrong. If you do get more you can repeat it twice more. If you fail the dosage exam on third trial you fail the theory course offered that semester. However all of these things contribute to your success. My class had >95% rate on nclex. But I kind of owe that to Kaplan. I can summarize the program as this. It is a program that is very hard to get into and very easy to be kicked out. But I enjoyed not having any loans :)
