Attending nursing school while a police officer

I have been interested in pursuing a nursing degree for a while now. I am hesitant due to the commitment conflicting with my work schedule. I was considering one of the ADN programs at SCCC, NCCC, Farmingdale. Does anyone know if there is any flexibility with clinical rotations, such as being able to attend an evening/day clinical one week if there is a conflict with work. I was also considering taking all the liberal arts/science prerequisites before applying which would leave me with only nursing courses to handle. Any info or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I am a student at NCCC. There is no flexibility in clinical and lecture days/times. You go the day and time you register for. You can sign up for a different lab time but only if your scheduled lab was cancelled.
