ATT Help

So I submitted all of my paperwork to my state's BON in November. I graduated in Dec and paid for my test on January 5. My name is on the list of approved students to take the test. However, I still haven't gotten my ATT. Some of my classmates are doing their paperwork now and they're getting their ATTs a day or two later.

I've already called Pearson and they just told me to wait.

Any advice?

I graduated in Dec and paid for my test in Jan and still haven't recieved an ATT either. I understand your frustration. Please check out my post on ATT as it contains a lot of advice and suggestions from others going through the same thing

Check your spam/junk folder. Follow up with BoN (many have online application status so you can see what is "missing"). A few I know were delayed applied early a month before graduation and it took longer to match the graduation verification with the application (BoN can't take action until proof of graduation is received so many put early applications aside. Pearson cannot help unless ATT was issued and perhaps emailed to the wrong address. You need to follow up with the BoN be professional and polite.
