Atrium Health New Grad Program Summer 2020

hi everyone!

I applied for my first nurse residency program a week ago at Atrium (Charlotte,NC) and have a few questions!

does anyone know how long it takes to hear back after applying?

how competitive is the program in general and how competitive is it to get placed in your preferred track? (mine is women's and children)

does anyone have any interview insight/advice for residency programs in general?

did you ever hear back from them? my application has been "under review" since February thinking I should give up on it at this point

I applied back in October for their Spring 2021 residency (starts in March 2021), interviewed, and my application is still under review...this was all about 2 months ago. Wondering if/when I'll hear back

So I applied to atriums nurse residency program Spring 2021 ... and I’m wondering if someone, anyone can feel me in on the time it takes to hear back from them. I’m sooo anxious! ?
