I'm not too sure if this is the right place to post this but 'Travel Nursing' looks to be the closest category...
Has anyone heard of Atlas Healthcare and have experience with them? It's a company where, from what I understand from skimming their website, they hire and help transition Canadian nurses to work in the U.S.
I just want more information.
I'm still just a new graduate without experience and you've already started working! I'm definitely still lacking knowledge in many aspects so it was so kind of you to reply and share your experience! Thanks for helping me broaden my knowledge and I will definitely take what you said into consideration. I will update you on my journey too and I wish you the best of luck on yours!
I live in Toronto! I'm not sure if other provinces have it but new graduate nurses can apply for jobs in a portal called new graduate guarantee. It offers a really nice and long training so you feel prepared enough to be on your own. As for going to the US, I think I'll have to see how working here feels first! I currently have no plans for US but that might change in the years to come!

Ah that’s good! You know much better than me. I started in long term care, it’s good. But I just want to move to somewhere warmer and get more various experience. If you decide to go to US, start contacting now and start applying now, as we all need employers sponsorship to get there. And god knows how long it’s gonna take especially under COVID. I’ll update you about my progress and don’t hesitate to ask if you have any news to share!
