Hi everyone!

I applied to Atlantic Health's PD program and wanted to ask if there were any other people who participated in the program. Is it majorly competitive? Were you able to express where you wanted to work or did you automatically get thrown into med-surg? If you decided NOT to do the program, why not? Is orientation the same as any other person who is hired? Does acceptance into the PDP program help you get an externship or vice versa?
