ATL Nurse Residencys Winter 2022

Published

hello,

I haven't seen a thread yet for new grad nurse residencies starting in feb/march 2022. Thought id make a thread to post updates. So far I have applied to CHOA, Emory, Wellstar, and Piedmont-waiting for Northside and Grady to open up

Yes. I attended the ATL campus women’s hiring event last Wednesday and received an offer for L&D on Friday!

I was curious if you talked with the recruiter yet? I received an email Friday about an offer, but still haven’t heard from her. In the email it said Tuesday at the latest, but just curious.

I accepted an offer from Wellstar for the Atlanta medical center ICU. Anybody else? Would y'all be interested in a facebook group?

Congratulations! I also accepted an offer with the ICU!

For those who are planning on attending Grady's in-person interviews, what units are you hoping for?

I’m trying to see if I can do virtual interview but I want ICU

Does anyone know what the base pay for Grady is?

I don’t know the exact but it’s usually high 20’s to low 30’s after residency.. when you factor in the shift and speciality

Congratulations! What type of questions did they ask? Was it a panel interview?

Did anyone interview for women services?
