Anyone else on here that has applied to the Athens Tech nursing program for Fall 2017?

I'm applying to the school itself tomorrow and getting transcripts sent over, the deadline is February 1st for Fall 2018 correct? Also, I have left VMs for the advisor (Callahan) but have not heard back from her.. is there any better way to speak to an advisor? I live about three hours away from Athens.
