ASU Summer 2010 Advancement

Hey guys, anyone out there applying for the Summer 2010 advancement? Just took my NET yesterday; didn't go so well.. Everyone keeps saying it'll be easier to get in this cycle because tuition is higher and the scores should be significantly less than the previous cycle.

How is everyone doing so far with their scores?

i just turned in my application for the summer cycle this past week. i didn't do well on the net either. what was your final score?

hi swimchick,

my gpa is 3.929 and i scored 1.67 (math: 1.00 & rdg: .67) on the net. so that makes my overall advancement score 5.599; which is the same advancement score i applied with last cycle. this is my third time applying :( hopefully third times a charm! how about you?

i'm applying with a 5.59 as well. the reading killed me. i hate it! it is sadly my third time applying as well.

swimchick,

so since this is your third time, have you been taking classes towards a minor or possibly another major? after i got rejected the first time, i started taking classes for a minor in social work, but after speaking with an advisor, i realized that i only have 2 semesters left to graduate with a bachelor's in social work.. lol.. so this semester i'm applying to nursing, as well as to the professional social work program. i wish april would hurry up and come!! our advancement scores are the same so if i get in, i know you did too. good luck!!!! :)

thats so cool. yeah i started taking classes for a minor in family and human development. after this semester i'll have my minor...so thats cool i guess. i just wish it would hurry and be april already!
