ASU pre licensure BSN...is it enough??

Published

Hey Everyone !!

I would like to get input from those who have applied to ASU's traditional BSN program and either got in or didn't get in.

My GPA is 3.9 and I just took the TEAS today and got a 74.5%.

Do you all think I could get in the program?? or is my TEAS score way too low??

For those who did get in the program...What was your GPA and TEAS score?

I am trying to figure out if I should retake the TEAS or not and if I even stand a chance to get in.

Thanks a bunch! :heartbeat

I was accepted into the Fall 2012 program. My select GPA was 4.0 and my teas score was 87.3.

From what I understand, it is going to be harder and harder to enter the ASU program because they are holding slots for freshmen as they enter ASU. If they do not meet the GPA requirements, then they lose their slot and it is open for competitive entry. This Fall is the first cohort where the freshmen had reserved slots but I was told that quite a few of them did not make it so there were a lot of slots open.

Best of luck to you.
