ASU Post-Bacc Nursing Program 2013

Published

Hello out there!

Is anyone else applying for and /or waiting to see if they are accepted to ASU's Post-Bacc nursing program starting in Jan. of 2013? Anyone from the ASU post-bacc nursing class of 2012 is more than welcome to write and let me know how it is going for them as well! :)

My application is in and I wanted to see if anyone else is out there and want to discuss your GPA, TEAS V scores, anxieties, and the program in general.

Thanks!

Hey guys, I submitted my app with a 4.0 GPA and 82 TEAS score. My nerves got the best of me during the test and ran out of time on the first section. That brought my score down considerably. I'm scared and i'm wondering if I should move on. I was reding the posts from last year and total scores were very competitive. I don't have a backup plan so it 's a little scary. For those of you that are currently in the program - do you know of anyone who got in with a similar TEAS score?

I think you have a good chance. I know of people taken from the waitlist who scored in the 7o's.

I definitely wouldn't give up! I spoke with the office yesterday and they received 68 applications for the Post-bacc and 100 for the Traditional. You have a great shot of getting in based on the average scores from last year! Good luck!

Love your positivity Chelsea :)

Hey everyone!

I have applied to the 2014 program as well, and I created a thread on it titled "ASU Post-Bacc Program 2014" for anyone that wants to carry conversation over. Several of the folks whom commented on my posts in my thread have touched on this one as well. Thank you especially to Kolacka for the insight since you are in the program!

Hope everyone gets in! Keep the updates coming!

And courtney, I am in Patho at ASU right now. I have Robichaud from 3:00 - 4:50 MW.

Hi! I actually am taking it as SCC now. I know I am confused there are like 3 or 4 boards for the post-bacc! Thanks!

Thank you Kolacka and Chelnel, I appreciate your responses. I am keeping my fingers crossed and am hoping I will make it! I was checking my notes and the lowest GPA for last year was 3.61 and the lowest TEAS score was high 70s, so I'm staying hopeful!

Hi Guys! We've finally received the email!

Hey everyone. I'm looking at applying to the post bacc program. Does anyone know what days/times our classes will be? I need to plan ahead for childcare. Thanks in advance.
