It only takes one more year of school full-time to get a bachelors over an associates, right? My mom is a nurse, and I asked her today if there's any benefit to getting your bachelors: better pay, more positions available, etc? She said there isn't, and it's not worthwhile, but she's also been doing only one area of nursing for a long time, so I thought perhaps she may not be an authority.
Is it worthwhile to get the bachelors? Especially since I have kids and will need to be going part time sometimes, etc.
I'd really appreciate any and all feedback!
