Hello! I am graduating RN program in 2 days !!! But I got my LPN license last summer, I have decided to use it until I pass the RN board. I had my first interview in this assisted living facility. I felt awful just because I had no experience as a nurse! All I could do was showing them how confident I was as well as staying in a good attitude.
They asked me a lot of questions such as "what would you do in this situation?" It went about an hour- (later on, there were some questions I said 'I don't know' )
I got a call today about the second interview, I am very nervous. It sounded more of a management job rather than a floor nursing job. She said I will be doing assessment, making careplans for the clients (which I thought LPN couldn't do it, but they said in an assisted living we could ) I am a brand new nurse and I don't know what to expect for the "SECOND" interview. Any tips?

Wow,congrats!!
I just got a job as an LVN in an acute hospital, and I went through two interviews, one preliminary and the second a panel interview. It sounds like my second interview was like your first, which was just a lot of why and how questions. Here is a link that I found that really helped me with the interview process.
