Assessments Study Tools

Anyone have any good resources for studying for assessments? There's no Fundamentals Success series for that class, so I'm wondering if there is anything out there in the form of questions, etc.. that could help?

Like physical assessments? I created my own study sheet to fit the criteria for passing. And then it was just practice with other students. We were taught the COLDSPA framework which was great for getting a background history. I also referred to Potter and Perry's health assessment in Nursing which laid it out step by step. That and YouTube videos when I wasn't feeling I knew it well enough to practice.

Yeah, I got the Perry & Potter book for the assessments lab, but I was wondering if there were any study guides for the lecture portions?

Which class are you in? That's gonna depend on what you need a guide for. Ex 103 focuses on "normals" at my school.

So, I've been doing some research and it seems as though what is known as Fundamentals, is split into 2 classes in our school Assessments and Concepts, so I think the appropriate sections in Fundamentals books will work after talking to an upperclassmen.

For example, our first exam (Monday) is covering Complete Health History, General Survey, Interview, and Vital Signs.
