Assessment Help Needed Asap!!!!

our assignment this weekend is to perform a head to toe assessment on someone and then follow up with a care plan. and it can be on anyone as long as they have some kind of problem! my problem is i have no clue where to start!!! can someone help me and give me an example or tell me if there are forms i can print out and use. and besides all this i have pnuemonia!! please help!!!!!!!!!!

Doesn't your physical assessment book have a head-to-toe assessment example? I am a little confused as to what you are exactly looking for. Perform a head-to-toe like you have practiced in class -- I assume they want you to focused on subjective responses?

With you having pneumonia, shoot -- I'd do the assessment on yourself! I agree with the other responder -- there MUST be an example in your Assessment text? For your care plan -- depending on how many Ng Dx you must come up with -- I'd shoot for one regarding your pneumonia & appropriate interventions! Do your best:) Good luck!!
