A lot of it will depend on your personality and support system. I completed a BSN to MSN program, including a final semester practicum portion, while working more than full time. I did rely on a cleaning service that came once a month for the deeper cleaning, sacrificed time with family (single at the time and no kids, so it was more extended family), used a meal service, and had very supportive coworkers who would help me out with switching or covering call for me.
I'm currently working full time while in a DNP program. I don't have kids, but I'm supporting my husband who is in CRNA school. I haven't had a problem yet, and we start clinical at the same time so we won't see each other much, but it makes us really good at studying and time management. It all depends on your own motivation, learning methods, program and support system.
