Ask a Nurse Attorney - New Addition to allnurses

Over the years, we have had to turn away legal questions posted by members. We are happy to say that we will now be able to answer some of those legal questions that you've been wondering about via our new Ask a Nurse Attorney Column.

Ask a Nurse Attorney - New Addition to allnurses

We are pleased and excited to announce the latest addition to allnurses. Today we are launching the Ask a Nurse Attorney column. We are very happy to welcome Lorie Brown, RN, MN, JD, a practicing Nurse Attorney who represents nurses for licensing issues before the Board and for contracting matters. Lorie will be answering general legal questions posted by nurses and nursing students.

If you have a question you would like answered, please feel free to submit them via this link to the question submission form. Selected questions and answers will appear in the Ask a Nurse Attorney column keeping your identity confidential. Lorie's responses are not specific legal advice nor are they to be used as such.

The views expressed in this column are those of the author and not allnurses.com INC.
