Ashland University ABSN

Hey guys!

So I was just accepted to Ashland University's ABSN program starting May 2017! I was wondering if anyone had gone through the program, are going to start the program or just has any information in general? I haven't accepted yet, but I believe I will after I talk to someone to clarify a few details (he's currently away on vacation for the weekend). Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone knew more about the university and would care to share. I've done my research but I would like to see if anyone had any other information about their nursing program.

Hi! I just got accept into the same cohort! I would love to know more about the school too. All I know is that it is fully accredited and reasonably priced. I'm from the Bay Area in California, so moving out to rural Ohio would be a big change. It sounds exciting though!

Congrats! I got an email today telling me to put my deposit down. I think I'm going to officially accept! And I'm from Portland, Oregon so it'll be a big change for me too.

Hi HannahAnn, due to some family and life stuff I actually ended up in Massachusetts and will be starting at a school there in the fall. I will say that when I emailed them they were very sweet and even refunded my deposit. They seem like nice folks!

I just got accepeted to AU for the ABSN program for summer 2018. If you guys did end up going there as well and have been through the program then I would appreciate any input about their absn program. Did you like how the program was organized? It is accelerated so of course it will be stressfull but overall is it manageable? How are the faculty there, are the professors approachable and helpful? How would you rate the program overall?

I would appreciate any type of input. Thank you :)
