Ashford or Aspen RN to BSN

Hello. I am not sure if I am posting this in the right spot, but here goes. I am in the process of starting my online BSN with Aspen University which conveniently offers a monthly payment plan. However I am also seeing that Ashford has an online RN to BSN with monthly payment option. Does any one have any idea which would be the best program? Thanks.
