Do you guys know if the residency will be M-F or three days a week? I tried googling more information about it but it’s outdated (2020) and scarce.

Hey! I'm starting at Dell Seton, downtown, on the Ortho/Trauma unit! I feel like we have no information! My job offer said rotating positions so I don't even know if I have day or night shift yet ?

Hello Everyone,

I hope you don't mind me posting this. I am currently an LVN who will be graduating from an RN program this fall. I would really like to get a residency position at Seton in the ICU. I was wondering how difficult it is to get chosen? Do they base it off of GPA alone or do they also look at work experience and references? I think I will finish with a 3.2 GPA and I'm worried that won't be good enough. Thank you very much.

They base on ICU experience.  Try to shadow sooner units or get a tech position somewhere.  In your resume,  emphasize ICU clinicals

Hey! I am starting on the Med/Surg floor too! I just got the first two weeks schedule. Anyone else get theirs? Did anyone move from out of state? I'm coming in from California.

Hey! Me too! I got it Friday LOL. I moved from Houston so not exactly moving states but cities.
