Hi, I wanted to start this forum because I haven't seen any created, and maybe we can update each other about our status. Does anyone know by chance when the hiring event is? Do they hire on the spot?

Interviews happened this past Monday for l&d and nicu. Not sure about PP.

I got an email saying I was placed on band 2 but havent heard anything else back. Do you know how many people they select for the hiring event?

On Monday they said this cohort was going to be about 30 hires half of the usual. As it is there first (Summer) cohort event.

so if I didn't hear back than safe to assume I didn't get picked? getting a new grad job in california is actually impossible. I've applied to so many places and have had zero luck.

The interviews were held on Monday 9/9. Did you get a call for an interview?

No I just got a band placement email on the 3rd and that was it.

I would say before assuming you were not picked contact (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME). Better for you to get direct information..

Sorry to hear that 😞 there's been a general lack of communication from armc.I'm disappointed in their overall process with this "hiring event".
