ARNP able to have RN inject botox?

I have been a dermatology ARNP in an independent state where I do not need any physician collaboration. I have my own and am getting so busy I would like to start having RNs inject botox, under my name. I have an account with Allergan and they ship to me. I am wondering about liability, what to charge the RN, etc...

Anyone with any ideas out there? thanks
