Arkansas school nurse

I have thought about becoming a school nurse. I live in Southeast Arkansas and was wondering if you had to have your BSN or not and what the going salary is? Have my ADN and 15 years of LPN.

Forgot I had posted this, well I believe I am going to start looking into finding a school job. Have a 5 month old daughter and wanted to wait for the new school year so I will probably start putting in resumes at the end of this school year and so that my daughter will older before placing her in daycare.

Just wondering what all I should expect to do on the job. I don't want to go into this blind.
