I've been very interested in Phoenix for awhile now and was wondering what the job market is like out there for ER RN with 1yr experience. I am in Maryland right now and was considering travel nursing but that's not the best idea with this current market, so I've been advised. Any info on hospitals, pay rate, pt:RN ratio, basically any and everything would be very helpful. Thanks everyone in advance!!:yeah:

The job market is still quite unhealthy in Phoenix. I am not saying it is impossible to find a job, but very difficult. The rate of pay with one year of experience would probably be in the upper 20s/hr. I believe most jobs require 2 years experience.
