Arizona Relocation: Is it worth it?

Hello all.

I'm waiting on my NCLEX-RN results (I'm in CA). I've done some research and view Arizona as

new grad friendly. Can anyone confirm this (or not)?

I have an ADN, a Bachelor's in Psychology and I'm currently enrolled in a Master's program (BS in other discipline to MSN).

It's mostly online for the first year, thus the possibility of relocating for the meantime.

Any input?

I can tell you from first hand account that AZ is not particularily New Grad friendly at the moment. There are some hospitals that are hiring new grads but they are minimal and many of them have deals with area schools to hire only their students (Banner and JCL are the two that are doing this). I graduated from a school in AZ this December and I am looking elsewhere for a job.
