Arizona Places to live

I will be moving to Arizona in June. Does anyone know of nice areas to live within the Glendale Pheonix area.

Moving there from California.

The school is in north phoenix. Phoenix is really easy to get around so you don't have to live right by the school. If you go to rent.com or other rental sites you will see that there are apartments every five feet here. I would look for places in north phoenix right off the 101 north loop. Or north glendale off the same fwy. Stay away from anything south of Thunderbird in glendale.
