Are there nurses here who have worked for Kindred Hospitals?

Hello nurses:)

I'm searching hospitals on the website, and monster.com sent me emails about Kindred Hospitals. I have never heard of Kindred, and would like some input from those of you who have. What are they like to work for? How's their staffing ratios? How do they treat their nurses?

Wow! :eek: Perhaps I should not bother interviewing for Kindred at all. Like I said before, I've never heard of them until I saw their job postings on monster.com. Well...I've spent a lot of time this morning sending out resumes to various other places of employment in other states. The last thing I need is to work somewhere that is detrimental to my health and nursing career. :rolleyes: I appreciate all this firsthand advice nurses. Thanks a zillion! :)
