No, the Philippines does not have Advanced Practice nurses in any area of specialty or practice. They also do not offer the training in the Philippines as well for this area of nursing.

During an internet search, I found a specific program for Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner offered by the Philippine Heart Center. While this institution is probably the most respected in terms of cardiac care in the Philippines, realize that the standards set forth by this program do not conform to the well-established graduate-level training programs and certification requirements in the United States. I also doubt if those who trained under the program at the Philippine Heart Center have roles that parallel advanced practice nurses in the United States.
For a link to the program, click on this: http://www.phc.gov.ph/nureduc/index.php?prog_uid=7
This program only works in the one hospital and is not recognized by the Philippine government for licensure as well. One hospital having a program in house should not be considered as the country even recognizing the training.
It is not recognized by any other country as well.
One would first have to be an employee there as well and with considerable CV experience to be offered training like this.

The certification boards for nurse practitioners in the US will not allow you to sit for the exam without having completed didactics and clinical hours in a formal nurse practitioner program recognized in the US. Some Canadian nurse pracrtitioner programs are recognized by AANP, I believe, but for the most part, only graduates of US-based nurse practitioner programs can sit for the boards.
Your options are (1) pursue a medical license and apply for residency or (2) start a master's or doctoral program for nurse practitioner training and take the boards.
