I have been calling the health department every week checking the status of my ATT. Granted, there is a disclaimer when I call telling me to inquire of my ATT after 4 weeks has passed. I was anxious, and I called before 4 weeks passed. I spoke with a representative (which looked in the computer) and I was told, everything should clear within 4 weeks. Well guess what, this past Tuesday IS my 4 weeks. I called, gave me name, yadda, yadda, whatever info. Here is the response I got, ya ready? "Hummm, when did you do you fringerprints? For some reason, we can not find the results of your prints in our system. Usually the State will send the prints over within 2 days, we are not sure what the hold up is with your prints. We will put a trace out for them." After saying a few choice words (but still keeping it clean, because they have what I NEED) I called the nurse education at my hospital and busted out crying.
What am I to do? What am I to do? I did the prints with a friend of me at the same time. She received her ATT 2 weeks ago, took her test on Tuesday and found out she PASSED on Thursday!
Has anyone else had problems getting thier ATT? I am sick to my stomach. It is not suppose to go like this!

I once worked at a job where we did fingerprints on people and it is possible that the prints were lost. You need to find out how long they want you to wait on the trace before doing the prints over. Sorry this happened to you.

If it were me, I would get a new fingerprint card, run to the police station, and send them back in.
The worst thing that is going to happen, is that they are going to get two copies.
