Not only is the hourly pay low, it seems like you're stuck with it forever. When, if ever , are you eligible for a raise?

I work for an agency that has done 2-3% raises across the board for 3 years now.

I have had a $1 an hour raise every year I have worked in pediatric private duty. Still doesn't add up to nearly what I would make in a hospital, but a fairly steady increase nonetheless.
