ARC/SCC ADN FALL 2019

Hi Everyone!!! I didn't see a thread for Fall 2019, so I figured I'd get the ball rolling. This is my first time applying to both SCC and ARC. I turned in my paper packets on 2/11 and 2/13. SCC updated my status to received this morning. I plan to also apply at Delta, but would really prefer acceptance at ARC or SCC. 

Has anyone started a thread for ARC Spring 2020's application yet? I can't seem to find one.

Anyone on here for SCC spring 2020? Have you gotten an email regarding when to pick up your admittance packet?

For Spring 2020 folks, looks like we just got our email re. picking up packets!

I am out of town and may not be able to get there for several days. Would anyone who’s picked up their packet mind sharing the orientation date?

I picked up my packet yesterday and the orientation is Dec. 13th, 9:00-12:00. I look forward to meeting you and the rest of our cohort.

Does it specify anything in the packet in terms of a physical and vaccinations? Is there a form that your healthcare provider needs to fill out during the physical?

Definitely looking forward to meeting everyone as well :)

Hey Everyone-

I know this is last years thread but I applied today for Fall 2020. Have a question: The girl in admissions today said I didn’t need to write down my number (I remember it was 9) and she took my packet and put it behind the counter prior to me realizing I did t write my number on the outside of my envelope also. (I did write the program, my name, and my student ID but I remember the cover sheet saying to write our number on the packet- anyone think I should freak out lol...

You dont write it, they normally write it

The past 2xs i applied, ive seen them write it, i dont remember the cover page saying to write it

Hey everyone...

 

this is a question for the current students at Sac City.  I feel so grateful to have a choice of schools as I was picked for a couple.  I am trying to see what Sac City is like?  Where are you doing clinicals?  Are you doing clinicals?  What do the professors have in place to help You continue instead of stopping and repeating (as I heard ARC do). Any details you have would be so greatly appreciated.  You can message me privately or put it here.  I just need some help!
