APU 2+2 SUMMER 2018

I have not seen anyone created a thread for summer 2018 cohort, so i ll go ahead and start one. I just applied for summer 2018 cohort. anyone will be at the same boat ? can anyone share his/her experiences (*^_^*)

Log in to home.apu.edu and then under student center scroll to the bottom on admissions and you should see your status. Mine is green as well but I haven't received a call so I'm hoping this week! Goodluck to all of us! Rooting for you guys :)

well the apu.home does not automatically mean you are being accepted ! Green dot under student center ONLY means ur application is completed which you turned in everything on time ( ur transcripts, letter of recommendation, ps and resume etc) . it does NOT guarantee admission. but if you get phone call /email and acceptance letter, then you are officially in. congrates to those who are already in the program. i had my interview done the 2 nd of march. i was not lucky enough to get the phone call the next day or the same week lol . actaully i have not received any phone call/ email/letter so far and it is been 12 days since i had my interview with MRS. Lydia . for gods sake i am anxiously waiting for the final decision ..... í ½í¸­ i wish i could know the decision sooner its torturing !!!!

who conducted your interviews ?? you guys had Dr. Marquez or Lydia ??

On that note then I wish us all luck. @Grace2018BSN So does that mean your status is green too? I got interviewed by Dr.Marquez and she's great and very sincere.

same day you did , and I have not recieved

For those that have not received a calll, there is a chance you'll be accepted for the fall instead and the acceptance is a bit delayed. I was notified about the delay via email.

BTW I had my interview with Dr.Marquez.

Do any of you have any medical background/experience?

yes my status under student is green but it only means that i have turned in everything and my application is eligible to be moved forward for admission review. i had the green dot way before the admission review even starts lol

yes , i had medical background in the Army i was combat medic for the military the past 5 years and i also volunteer in the local hospital weekly.

you guys so lucky to have interview with Dr. Marquez. i heard she is amazing people thats god sent. she will change your life kinda person. i didn t get interviewed by her. By the way i also got the email notification that says about the delays. lol i am so anxious that i think i ll get rejected because i have been waited so damn long. if they need so much to time to make a admission decision then it is Not a good sign , anyway i just need the official letter to stop the torturing here lmao it will break my heart if i cant get in because i dont have back ups , i only applied APU . NOT A WISE ACTION LOL

Yes I do have experience in the medical field, idk if they even matters at all.

Grace2018BSN you seem like the perfect candidate, I hope you get accepted SOON!

Maybe try emailing the person that interviewed you, start with a "thank you" kind of thing and casually ask.

And yes Dr.Marquez is beyond amazing !

Hi Rocha22, I've also been accepted for the fall semester ! Congratulations !! I recieved the call yesterday afternoon :) Can't wait to meet fall term cohort .😃
