APRN & DEA Renewal

Question for any APRN's in monitoring...It's time to renew my DEA certificate. There is a question on the application about if your certificate has been revoked, denied, suspended placed on probation, etc. My prescriptive authority was restricted by my states monitoring program for a year just because of my participation in monitoring, but not by the Board or DEA. Do I need to answer "yes" to this question? If so will it affect me being able to renew my DEA certificate?

I would answer no to the question. It is the truth.

I would answer no. It doesn't say was your license ever restricted so if you say no that's answering honestly.
