Applying to UC Denver for Summer 2014

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to get a thread started for those applying for the Traditional BSN program starting Summer 2014. I've been following this thread:

which gives out a ton of info and help.

I've just submitted my application and essay and just waiting for everything to update in the system.

Please share your fears, life/work experiences, GPAs, stories, etc. here.

Hello Everyone!

I read in this thread that we should be expecting interview invitations through email starting Oct 23-25. Today is the 24th, should I start worrying if I haven't received anything by now? Has anyone received an invitation already??

Hi all!

I applied to UC Denver as well. The waiting is killing me. I've developed an unhealthy obsession with checking my email the last couple days.

Nothing yet. I'm hoping those dates were wrong.

Nothing yet for me either. I'm guessing the dates they send out invitations changes every year based on number of applications, applicant pool, staff, etc. I'm hoping it will be soon, but I wouldn't be too worried that you haven't heard yet.

Hello, I found a link on the UC College of Nursing FAQ page that indicates, "Applicants for both the accelerated and traditional options who are selected for an interview will be notified by email by October 25 inviting them to participate in the required on-campus interview."

No word yet on my end. At this point I'm a little nervous about crashing my email with how often I'm checking it...yeesh!
